I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, who specializes in helping children, teens, and their families navigate through various mental health concerns, such as anxiety and post-traumatic stress. With over 16 years of experience and specialized training in child, adolescent and teen mental health, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of diverse settings such as homes, schools and outpatient therapy centers.

I strive to create a safe, connected and playful space in order to support your child in the work toward strengthening confidence and motivation. Together, during our sessions, we will create a toolbox filled with useful coping strategies tailored to fit your child's individual needs. I am dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in evidence based therapeutic interventions, related to child, adolescent and teen mental health, in order to ensure that I provide the best possible care.

Background & Experience

With over 16 years of clinical experience, I've had the pleasure of working with an extensive number of children, adolescents, teens, young adults and their families.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology

My primary area of study was in child and adolescent mental health, growth and development, and specific systems of behavior management for working with parents.

It was during this experience that I gained a high level of compassion and the strong desire to continue my work with youth who struggle with mental health issues and to provide support for their families.

Master’s Degree in Social Work

During this time, I gained the skills and knowledge necessary to treat individuals and families, both individually and within a therapeutic group setting. My area of focus remained on children, adolescent and teen mental health with an emphasis on trauma treatment.
